What you publish

• Job title and description in your own words
• Location, or the fact that it is remote
• Closing date, where you set one
• The countries the vacancy applies to
• Whether it is still open, filled or withdrawn

Vacancies are added one at a time in a short form, or imported as a file. The import remembers how your columns map to the fields, so the next file takes a few clicks.

Kept current

A vacancy that is filled and still being recommended is worse than no vacancy at all. Marking a job filled or withdrawing it removes it from what AI retrieves straight away, so the answer matches the position.

Most businesses do not fill every role themselves. Connect the recruitment agencies working on your vacancies and their roles are published alongside your own, so a candidate asking AI about work at your business gets one accurate answer rather than a scattering of board listings.

Publishing vacancies is completely free. If you want a role in front of more people, a published vacancy can be promoted, which is one of the paid options and entirely your choice.
