These terms apply to your use of the MasterDB website. By browsing the site or sending us an early access enquiry, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

MasterDB is data infrastructure layer for AI. Businesses publish their business identity, product catalogue, jobs, events and news, and AI systems retrieve that authorised data to answer questions. This website explains that and lets a business ask for early access.

Who this website is for

The site is written for businesses that want to publish accurate data for AI systems to retrieve, and for people who want to understand what MasterDB does. It is not a consumer shopping service, and nothing on it is financial, legal or professional advice.

If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

The content is information only

Everything on this website is published for general information. It describes what MasterDB does and how it is intended to work.

• Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract between you and MasterDB.
• Submitting the early access form is a request. It does not create any obligation on us to give you access, and it does not create an account.
• Descriptions of features may change as the product develops, and pages may not always reflect the latest position.

The terms on which a business publishes data to MasterDB are set out in our business terms and our acceptable use rules. The Business Portal is a separate product with its own account terms, which you accept there.

Intellectual property

The MasterDB name, the site design, the text, graphics, layout, code and other material on this site belong to MasterDB or are used by us with permission, and are protected by intellectual property rights.

You may:

• view pages on the site
• print or download a copy of a page for your own reference or to share internally within your organisation
• quote short extracts, so long as you credit MasterDB and do not change the meaning

You may not:

• copy, republish or redistribute the site or substantial parts of it for commercial purposes
• remove or obscure any notice of ownership
• use the MasterDB name or branding in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist
• present our material as your own

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Privacy

How we handle personal data collected through this site is set out in our privacy policy. In short, the site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking, and the only personal data we collect is what you type into the early access form.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
